Jerry brings 36 years of experience as a general contractor focusing primarily in the self-storage industry. Â He is a client favorite. Â Jerry's positive energy and creative ideas has clients coming back to work with him over and over again. Â Jerry is an invaluable asset to the PAR Storage Development team.

Paul Nevins brings 30 years of business experience to PAR Storage Development; with the prior 15 years focused solely on self-storage.  Paul is a respected individual in the industry and has contacts throughout the US.  He has been instrumental in raising PAR Storage Development’s presence in the Southwest Florida self-storage industry.
DENNIS RICHARDSON

Director of Real Estate
Over 35 years of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience. Current personal specialties include land acquisition for self storage development and acquisition of improved properties for self storage conversion. Activities also include assisting with the land entitlement/permitting/approval process.
